Refund policy

We hope you love Shafir Equestrian products, but we understand that you may change your mind.

Therefore, we accept changes for 14 days from the receipt of the package at your address. In order to make an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (perfectly clean and new).

It should also be in the original packaging, with all labels still attached and carefully folded to avoid wrinkles.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if the product is extremely wrinkled or has accumulated dirt (for example, dust, makeup, or hair).
